Tampere Tramway Ltd is the host organisation for the Lyyli Living Lab project, which is scheduled to last for 4–6 years. The project is being implemented in cooperation with the City of Tampere, VTT, Business Tampere, Škoda, and the University of Tampere.

Tampere Tramway Ltd is a fully-owned subsidiary of the City of Tampere. It is responsible for the construction of the tramway’s infrastructure, the procurement of trams and other equipment, the organization of project financing and the operation of the tram system.
VTT
VTT is responsible for the technology and digital tools of the Lyyli Living Lab project environment.

The City of Tampere directs the activities of the TURMS innovation cluster and utilizes its results in the challenge-based development of traffic and mobility services. Through the city, the Lyyli Living Lab is brought into a prominent role in international city cooperation, especially at the EU level.
Škoda Transtech
Škoda is an organization that directs the activities of the TURMS innovation cluster and utilizes its results. The company plays a key role as a service provider to other member organizations, offering installation and expert services for experiments that require changes to tram structures, subsystems, or operational software.
Tampere University
Tampere University is an organization that provides services to the TURMS innovation cluster, directs its activities, and utilizes its results. Additionally, Tampere University partners with VTT in the construction and maintenance of the Living Lab environment.
Business Finland
Business Finland funds the Lyyli Living Lab development environment and the activities of the TURMS Innovation Cluster that directs it through the RRF (Recovery and Resilience Facility) funding program, which is part of Finland’s Sustainable Growth Program, with a grant extending until the end of 2025.
